By posting Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your Content in any media.

You represent and warrant that:

• The posting of your Content does not violate any privacy or intellectual property rights

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Florida, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction therein.

Informal Resolution: Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact us at our contact page and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve any dispute within 30 days of receiving your notice.

Binding Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in Florida or by remote hearing. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between us individually. You waive the right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration.

Exceptions: Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement or unauthorized access to the Service.
