2. No Refunds After Trial Converts
Once your free trial converts to a paid subscription (day 15 onward), all charges are final and non-refundable. This applies to:
- Monthly subscription payments
- Annual subscription payments
- Lifetime access purchases
We offer a generous 14-day trial precisely so you can evaluate the full service before any money changes hands. We encourage you to actively use Premium during your trial and cancel if it is not right for you.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period. You retain Premium access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
How to cancel:
- Log in to your account
- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Confirm — you will receive an email confirmation
4. Billing Errors
We will issue a correction or refund in the following limited circumstances where an error occurred on our end:
- You were charged twice for the same billing period
- You were charged the wrong amount
- You were charged after successfully cancelling before the trial ended
- A technical failure on our platform prevented access for an entire paid billing period
Email support@sunseedkitchen.com within 30 days of the charge with your account email and a description of the issue. We respond within 1 business day.
5. Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback without contacting us first:
- Your account will be immediately suspended pending investigation
- We will provide transaction and access records to your financial institution
- If the chargeback is found in our favor, your account may be permanently terminated
6. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs your subscription. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers by email.
