DMCA Notice & Takedown

SunSeed Kitchen respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512. If you believe content available on www.sunseedkitchen.com infringes your copyright, please send a notice that meets the requirements below to our Designated Agent.

Email is the fastest channel and is monitored daily. Notices sent only to other addresses may be delayed.

To be effective under § 512(c)(3), your notice must include all of the following:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner (or authorized agent).
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, including its URL on sunseedkitchen.com (e.g., https://www.sunseedkitchen.com/recipes/...).
4. Your contact information: full legal name, mailing address, telephone, and email.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification under § 512(g). The counter-notification must include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that has been removed and the location at which it appeared before removal.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, telephone, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the U.S. Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if your address is outside the U.S., for any judicial district where SunSeed Kitchen may be found, including the Middle District of Florida), and that you will accept service of process from the original notifier.

In accordance with § 512(i), SunSeed Kitchen has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, the accounts of users who are deemed repeat infringers.
