Auto-Renewal & Subscription Terms

Prices shown exclude any applicable sales tax, which is added at checkout based on your billing location. Prices are subject to change with at least 30 days' written notice to your registered email address.

New Premium subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your card will be charged the plan price you selected and your subscription will begin.

You may use the free trial only once per person. Reactivating a previously cancelled account does not include a new trial.

• Automatic charge: Your payment method on file is charged at the start of each billing period (monthly or yearly).
• Same price unless we tell you: You will be charged the same plan price for each renewal unless we have notified you of a price change at least 30 days in advance.
• Email confirmation: You receive a receipt by email after every successful charge. Annual subscribers receive a renewal-reminder email at least 7 days before their card is charged.
• Failed payments: If a charge fails, we will retry up to 3 times over 7 days. If all retries fail, your Premium access is paused until you update your payment method.

You can cancel any time, for any reason:

1. Sign in at sunseedkitchen.com.
2. Go to Account → Subscription → Cancel Subscription.
3. Confirm. Done.

Your Premium access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months or years. See our Refund Policy for details.

If you cannot access your account, email [email protected] from the address on your account and we will cancel within one (1) business day.

California residents (Bus. & Prof. Code § 17602): You may cancel an automatic renewal at any time online or by emailing [email protected]. We will send a confirmation acknowledging the cancellation within seven (7) days.

New York residents (Gen. Bus. Law § 527-a): Same rights as above. You will receive advance notice of any price changes and renewal at least 15 days before the next charge.

Florida residents (Fla. Stat. § 501.0571): Cancellation is available online and is effective when submitted.

Oregon residents (ORS § 646A.295): Annual renewal reminder emails will be sent at least 14 days before each annual charge.

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, your subscription is billed by Apple or Google and must be cancelled in their account settings — we cannot cancel it for you.
